The 16-year-old pop star, who recently split with underwear model Justin Gaston, 20, posted a photo of herself and her mother on her Twitter page, in which a small silver stud is clearly visible below Miley's oversized aviator shades.

The photo, tagged as "Dinner with Mommy in Savannah," was taken near the Georgia location where Cyrus' upcoming film, "The Last Song," is being shot.

Meanwhile,in other scene,Miley Cyrus was caught kissing a boy!The 16-year-old Hannah Montana star was spied locking lips with the Australian actor while filming a scene for their new movie The Last Song, a drama from The Notebook author Nicholas Sparks about a rebellious teen girl who is sent to live with her estranged father.

Yeah, Hemsworth plays Ms. Miley's love interest. The two kissed while Hemsworth lifted a wet Cyrus out of the water and into his arms.

Jamie Foxx Trashes Miley Cyrus On His Radio Show

Snoop Dogg might be ready to work with Miley Cyrus, but don't expect actor and weekend-rapper Jamie Foxx to appear opposite her on the big screen any time soon.

Jamie Foxx and his pals went off — rude and crude — on Miley Cyrus for dissing Radiohead?

Gosh, we didn't hear him get so worked up about Chris Brown.

YouTube and audio clips online have Jamie Foxx with a caller unleashing an obscenity-splattered exchange about 16-year-old Miley Cyrus last weekend on his Sirius Satellite Radio show "The Foxxhole."

After discussing her diss of Radiohead,Jamie Foxx, the father who recently told his daughter that she's not allowed to date until she's married, thinks that Miley needs to "make a sex-tape and grow up." Not exactly the type of advice you'd expect from overprotective dad, right?

Apparently, another host on Foxx's Siruis radio show brought up the recent feud between Miley and Radiohead's front man Thom Yorke. If you're not familiar with the story, Miley wanted to hang out with the band after the Grammys, but Yorke declined.

Obviously, Foxx sides with Radiohead on this one. At some point in the rant, he reportedly said "Who is Miley Cyrus? The one with all the gums? She need to get a gum transplant!" Whoa dude, that one was below the belt.

Foxx is currently doing press to promote his upcoming movie "The Soloist," which opens April 24.

Perfect timing, Jamie. Voters will remember these remarks next awards season when you're campaigning like crazy for an Oscar for "Soloist." Oh yes, they will.
