The Bachelorette has handed out her final rose!

In a dramatic and bizarre ending to this season's The Bachelorette, Jillian Harris made her final pick, Microsoft-geek and Chicago native, Ed Swiderski.First, she rejected Kiptyn, the guy the majority of our readers wanted her to choose. Then she re-rejected Reid, who shook things up by returning at the last minute.

But in the end, Ed was the guy who got the girl. Jillian happily accepted his proposal – and now the countdown to their wedding (or breakup) begins!

Earlier in the show, Jillian took both Ed and now-rejected-Bachelor Kiptyn Locke, to meet her parents. Of course her families loved both men, although Jillian's father favored Ed.

In the end everyone one is happy and teary-eyed. Of course the lovable Ed proposed to Jillian and the two kissed ad nauseum. They're engaged.

"Jillian, will you marry me?" Ed asked.

"Absolutely!" Jillian answered.

Squeals, hugs, kisses, and cue the Martina McBride tune ("I Just Call You Mine") as Jillian gives Ed her final rose and tells him they're going to have "the funnest wild ride."

With Jillian's heart in knots, it's likely the love affair between the two probably won't last long. Reid may have gotten under her skin - viewers are prepared for another switcheroo a la Mesnick style.
